Brunching

with Beauties

Navigating adolescence is a complex journey, especially for young women in middle and high school. Studies reveal that nearly 70% of teens report experiencing peer pressure, and 74% of girls say they feel overwhelmed by the pressure to meet societal standards of beauty and success. Social relationships, self-esteem, and identity development are all deeply affected during these formative years, leading to increased rates of anxiety and depression among young women.

What We Offer

Brunching with Beauties addresses these challenges head-on through a unique blend of mentorship, education, and empowerment. This monthly event is designed exclusively for middle and high school students, providing a safe and inspiring space where they can explore themes of self-esteem, identity, peer relationships, and mental health.

Each event features dynamic workshops, thought-provoking discussions, inspiring guest speakers, and engaging activities, all tailored to empower young women to recognize their value, develop resilience, and build meaningful connections. Beyond the brunch itself, mini-brunches held during student lunch times at partner schools extend the program’s reach, inviting more participants into this transformative experience.
